streamCapture is a program that searches for links to video streams. The program searches the Internet and in local files. 
To download the video stream is used rtmpDUMP.
Explanations of some of the menu options

File

Clear
Clears the input field where you paste the URL of the Web page with links to video streams or direct links to video streams.

Search
Start looking for links to video streams at the address you specified.

Search in a local file
Opens a file you have locally on your computer to search for links to video streams.

Download Stream
Downloading a video stream that you have specified an address to directly in the address bar.

Download
Downloads the selected video stream.

Copy Selected
Copies the address of the selected video stream to your computer's clipboard.

Remove Selected
The link to the selected video stream will be removed.

Remove all
All found links to video streams will be removed.
